Ingredients of JUVO Raw Food

Vegetables:
Vegetables contain high moisture content, soft fibers, pectin, and smooth texture, all of which are essential for healthy intestines and adjustments of body functions. They are rich in inorganic substances like calcium, iron, and potassium, as well as such vitamins as A, B1, B2, and C. They complement the nutritional inadequacies of other foods and are an important alkaline food.
